Description

_{Short bio:
Was born into a harpy family without wings. His scientist parents kept giving him experimental drugs for 10 years which eventually make him grow wings but also start turning into a monster. This took a toll on his psyche. His parents, instead of helping him, wanted to experiment more and use him for fame and profit. Once he realized this, he snapped and ended up attacking, killing them both.
Thanks to his sister who was shocked by their inhuman actions and who wasted no time panicking, he managed to get his form under control.
Since then they have both been working together to help eachother out, also serving as great mental support.
Eelay grows up to be an expert flyer, training his wings every day.

This is a very old story I never really got to develop. I made it as simple and short as possible because the 1st version was...a mess.
I also redesigned Eelay and made him younger.

Well that escalated quickly. The concept for Eelay's condition invokes a werebird idea (as odd as that sounds) for me. Definitely an interesting concept regardless.
